A block of rooms has been reserved at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center for Thursday, October 12; Friday, October 13; and Saturday, October 14, 2017 at a rate of $82.00 + $5.32 NJ sales tax and $6.56 occupancy tax. Please note: the room reservation system will only let you reserve rooms in the block dates; if you would like to reserve rooms prior to October 12 or going beyond October 14, you will need to complete a separate reservation for those nights outside of the ATMLA room block.*

The reservation system will ask you to:
1. Find the Reservations button
2. Select Check In Date
3. Select Check out Date
4. Select the number of guests
5. Enter PROMO/GROUP CODE: 20467
6. Click the Book button
7. Verify the information and click the Book Now button
8. Remember, event attendees can only book the dates in your block: 10/12/17, 10/13/17, and 10/14/17
* If you are booking rooms outside of the room block, please include a note alerting hotel staff that you are part of the ATMLA group so that you can ensure a continuous stay in one room.
While we were able to get a very favorable rate, please not the cancellation policy: A non-refundable 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservation cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If guests do not arrive on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
